well...not really our neighborhood...but this store very well should be in our neighborhood! walking around brooklyn heights sunday, we came upon this absolutely amazing store called Holler & Squall : Things Unlimited (71 Atlantic Avenue).
I have to say it was one of the most beautifully styled and set up store i've ever been in, carefully curated and endlessly fascinating. The owner (who opened the shop with his wife 2 yrs ago) describes his shop as “Collectible oddities, antique industrial, something for everyone.” I could have bought a ton of things in here...but i'll show you what we did buy.

They moved to the corner of Henry and Atlantic a couple weeks ago and now have a separate area for MCM finds. Definitely an upgrade to this already great store!
